Do you ship to my country?

What shipping methods are available?

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping to some countries. To find out if your country is eligible for free shipping, check out our Shipping Policy page or you can drop us a message on Instagram (@highstreet.pink) or email us at highstreetpink@gmail.com.

Will I get tracking number for my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number via email but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking number is not available.

How long does it take to receive the tracking number for my order?

It takes 2 - 7 days to process your order. However, due to high demands especially during holiday seasons, our vendors may need more time to process and ship out your order from the warehouse. If it has been over 10 days and still no update, please contact us at highstreetpink@gmail.com.

I want to cancel/change my order what can I do?

Order cancellations/changes will only be accepted before your order has shipped. If you'd like to change/cancel your order, you can contact us here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal. Card payment will be processed via PayPal.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate. 

I have only received part of my shipment, where are the other items?

Because products may shipped from different warehouses, some items might arrive earlier than others. You will also get multiple tracking numbers. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please contact us at highstreetpink@gmail.com.

My item is damaged/I received the wrong item, what can I do?

In the unlikely event your items are faulty, please send us an email with your order number at highstreetpink@gmail.com.

We kindly request you to a attach a picture for proof of faulty item(s). Please let us know if you cannot send a picture and we’ll be happy to help.
